Lemon Beef and Green Pawpaw Salad

500 g beef steak, cut, cut into strips
1 tablespoon lemongrass (we used Garden Gourmet)
2 cloves of crushed garlic
3 c. Tea of sesame oil
250g cherry tomatoes, divided by two
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 small red pepper, seeded, chopped
600g of green pawpaw, peeled, drained, grated
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
3 cups steamed basmati rice to serve
Instructions
Step 1 Combine beef, lemongrass and garlic in medium bowl. Place a large skillet over high heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon of oil and half the beef. Bake for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Remove from saucepan and keep warm. Repeat with 1/2 tablespoon of oil and remaining beef. Turn all the beef to the pan, add the tomatoes and heat.
Step 2 Combine lime juice, remaining oil, fish sauce, sugar and chili in a small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 3 Combine pawpaw, coriander, mint and onions in large bowl, then toss dressing. Serve the beef and tomatoes on the salad with rice on the side.

On the barbecue: You can cook the beef on the heated plate with a little oil. Use high heat and cook until golden. Add the tomatoes and cook until heated.
